Accessibility Statement

We want everyone to be able to use MeetMyCRO and the other MeetMyC*O sites, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or voice control. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

We don’t claim full WCAG 2.2 AA conformance yet. In September 2026 we fixed the color contrast, keyboard focus, skip-link, landmark and AI Advisor panel problems our audit found. Automated checks now find no contrast or keyboard problems on the public pages we test, in light and dark mode and at phone and desktop widths.

Known issues

• Navigation on small screens. Below 1,024 pixels wide, the site header doesn’t show its navigation links. Every page is also linked from the bottom of the page.
• Profile form. On the profile page some labels aren’t linked to their fields, so a screen reader may not announce the label when you move into a field.
• Signed-in app. We’ve tested the public pages. Parts of the signed-in app haven’t had the same checks yet.

• the page address;
• what you were trying to do and what happened;
• the browser and any assistive technology you use.

We’ll reply, and if we can’t fix the problem quickly, we’ll help you get the information or finish the task another way.

We assess the sites ourselves, using automated checks (Google Lighthouse) and manual review of the code, keyboard use and color contrast. We last reviewed them in September 2026 and updated this statement on September 24, 2026.
